I see a book I want to read in the library catalog but under location it says: On Shelf (library use only) Fort Lewis SW Center Books. What does this mean?

The Fort Lewis SW Center is also known as The Center of Southwest Studies (CSWS) where the Delaney library and the Archives are located.
Due to COVID-19, The CSWS is closed and the materials located there are available by appointment only.
